1. Disconnect the account in Creavily
Sign in to Creavily, open Social Accounts, find the connected account, and choose Disconnect. Confirm the action only for an account you are authorized to manage.
Disconnecting removes or revokes the active channel credentials stored by Creavily. New publishing, inbox refreshes, and related provider actions stop for that account. Unfinished publishing work is cancelled or marked for attention when required to prevent an unauthorized provider action.
2. Revoke access at Meta, Pinterest, or the other platform
Disconnecting in Creavily does not change the provider's authorization record. Revoke Creavily in the connected platform's settings too. For Facebook or Instagram, use Meta Business Integrations. For Pinterest, use the Apps or connected services area in Pinterest settings.
Revoking at the platform prevents a stored grant from being used even if a local disconnect did not finish because of an outage.
3. Send a verified deletion request
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Creavily account. Use the subject line 'Creavily data deletion request' and identify the workspace, brand, connected platform, and account name that the request covers. Do not include a password, token, API key, or client secret.
We may ask for additional verification. A workspace member can request deletion of their personal account information, but deletion of organization-owned content or records requires authority over that organization.
What a verified request can cover
- Connected account credentials and provider identifiers held by Creavily.
- Facebook Page or Instagram-derived identifiers, comment or engagement events, webhook receipts, and publishing or reply records associated with the authorized connection.
- Pinterest-derived information associated with the authorized connection, subject to records we must retain.
- Creavily account profile information and user-controlled workspace content within the requester's authority.
- Uploaded media, drafts, schedules, and related publishing records when deletion is permitted and does not conflict with another authorized workspace owner's rights.
Information that may remain
We may retain limited security, audit, billing, legal, fraud-prevention, and dispute records when required or reasonably necessary. We also preserve records needed to show that a credential was revoked or a deletion request was completed without retaining the credential itself.
Encrypted backup copies may remain until they leave the normal backup lifecycle. They are not used for active publishing and are restored only under controlled recovery procedures.
Confirmation and follow-up
After verification and processing, support will confirm the scope completed or explain any information that could not be deleted and the reason. Contact support again if the connected account still appears or if Meta or Pinterest still lists Creavily after you have completed both revocation steps.
