Move from selected asset to scheduled social post without copy-paste work.
Creavily is designed for both publishing teams and external agents. Publishing work can come from the app or from Asset Manager, then pass through preview, checks, scheduling, and final publishing confirmation.
Path to publish
A product batch has ten images for one SKU. The scheduler rotates those assets with other products, skips exhausted groups, and keeps team adjustment controls visible.
Scheduling should be strategic, not upload-order based.
Product-diversified plans rotate product groups, skip exhausted products, and preserve team control.
Pick channel-ready assets from the workspace library.
Avoid repeating the same product across adjacent slots.
Apply cadence, windows, and planned overrides.
Return published links, delivery history, and analytics results.
Set timing rules, frequency windows, and product rotation.
Previews show captions, destinations, media, and channel requirements.
Only confirmed requests passing the applicable controls become scheduled work.

Creavily accepts publishing submissions from humans and agents. The publishing path resolves media, checks social destinations, previews schedule placement, applies posting rules, and only then creates live posts.
Every submission carries brand, product, media, social destinations, caption, schedule, and duplicate protection.
The publishing plan should avoid repeatedly posting the same product when a group of assets arrives together.
Teams and agents can inspect channel output before live posts are created.
Delivery history, channel responses, published links, and failures are recorded per destination.
Posting rule inputs
A rich publishing page makes the scheduling rules clear enough that users trust the plan.
Bring this publishing path into your Creavily workspace.
Use Google login for the human workspace, then connect channels and agent routines when the account is ready.
Review the request, then follow each delivery outcome
Prepare the media, account and timing context before creating a publishing job. Follow saved work through the calendar and Publishing Activity rather than inferring completion from a confirmation screen.
How to use it
- Write content, select media and choose destinations from the current brand's Publishing Setup.
- Review timing, all readiness blockers and the server preview. Confirm only when the intended action and destinations are clear.
- Inspect destination outcomes. Use supported reschedule, cancel and recovery actions for the current state.
Know the limits
- Saved pending posts currently support schedule changes or cancellation and replacement; full body, media and destination editing remains separate work.
- A first-comment failure or missing permalink must not trigger a second main post. An unknown provider outcome needs reconciliation.
- Private drafts sync across signed-in browsers while retaining a browser recovery copy; they are author-private and are not shared approval records.
Is a scheduled post already published?
No. A scheduled job records intent. A platform-confirmed result establishes publication.
What should I do with an unknown result?
Inspect the existing attempt and provider state through the supported recovery flow. Do not blindly repeat a post whose first outcome is uncertain.
