Agreement and eligibility
By using Creavily, you agree to these terms. If you use Creavily for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and manage the accounts, content, and destinations you connect.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must not use Creavily if the service is prohibited where you live or operate.
The service
Creavily provides workspace, media, scheduling, publishing, reporting, developer API, and connected account tools. Features may change as social platforms change their APIs, policies, access tiers, or technical requirements.
Creavily may restrict, suspend, or discontinue a feature when needed for security, legal compliance, provider policy, maintenance, or service reliability.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.
- Give access only to people who are authorized to act for the workspace and its brands.
- Notify Creavily support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or credential exposure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Connected social platforms
You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow each platform's terms, developer policies, community rules, content rules, and rate limits.
For Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, Meta OAuth permissions support connected publishing and Inbox. A webhook is an inbound notification, not permission to publish a reply. Replies use a separate approval step, and users must follow Meta terms, automation rules, and rate limits.
A user must knowingly select each Pin or other social post that Creavily creates or schedules. Creavily does not collect platform passwords or session cookies. Authorization takes place through the platform's OAuth flow.
Third-party platforms control their own availability, review decisions, account restrictions, API behavior, and published content. Creavily is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Your content and instructions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant EcomWith the limited permission needed to host, process, adapt for technical delivery, and transmit that content so Creavily can provide the actions you request.
You are responsible for the content, links, claims, permissions, intellectual property rights, disclosures, and destination choices you submit. Do not upload or publish material that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or prohibited by a connected platform.
Publishing and scheduling
Review the content, account, board or destination, and scheduled time before confirming a publishing action. A scheduled or accepted job is not a guarantee that a social platform will publish or keep the content live.
Delivery may fail because of revoked permissions, expired credentials, provider outages, content rules, rate limits, invalid media, or account restrictions. Creavily may stop or block work when a safety gate or provider rule requires it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Creavily for spam, deceptive engagement, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
- Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, another workspace, or another person's account.
- Do not share API keys, OAuth credentials, or platform credentials outside the people and systems authorized to use them.
- Do not use Pinterest Materials obtained through Creavily to train or improve an AI or machine learning model.
Creavily materials
EcomWith and its licensors own Creavily software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other service materials, excluding user content and third-party platform materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Service limits and liability
Creavily is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, EcomWith disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, or policy changes.
To the extent permitted by law, EcomWith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of Creavily. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and changing these terms
You may stop using Creavily and disconnect connected accounts at any time. EcomWith may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or platform policy violation.
We may update these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
