Agent routines

Give creative agents a safe way to prepare publishing work.

Agent-generated assets should not bypass human trust, workspace boundaries, media storage, or publishing confirmation. Creavily gives agents a stable publishing path while keeping teams in control.

Delivery updates & SDKs
Agent setup

Agents get repeatable routines, teams keep control.

Agents can submit clear publishing work, while every write stays approved, previewed, duplicate-protected, and easy to review.

Confirm access

Agent key or app connection confirms workspace and permissions.

Saved media

Agents send media IDs or uploaded URLs, not local file paths.

Preview

Preview returns readiness checks, destinations, and scheduling guidance.

Schedule

Live publishing stays behind explicit controls and duplicate protection.

Publishing model

Agent guardrails

A local Asset Manager selects media, sends a preview submission, receives schedule suggestions, then repeats with live publishing after the team approves it.

01Agent submissions

02Limited access keys

Limit what an external agent can read, preview, schedule, or publish.

Start with previews, then enable live publishing only after testing.

Access
Limited agent access

Each customer agent or team automation uses keys limited to its workspace and approved actions.

Media
Transfer layer is first-class

Agents send uploaded media IDs or safe remote imports, not files that only exist on one computer.

Controls
Write access opens gradually

Preview first, live schedule second, final publish last.

Updates
Updates close the loop

Agents receive signed updates for accepted, scheduled, attempted, and completed work.

Workflow and current availability

Give an integration only the authority it needs

An agent should use explicit brand and media identities through the Public API. It should not scrape the dashboard, reuse a human browser session or handle raw social account credentials.

How to use it

  1. Use a least-privilege integration credential and discover only authorized brands and destinations.
  2. Resolve authorized media and request a publishing preview before a permitted mutation.
  3. Confirm the intended work, use the API's idempotency contract and observe status or signed delivery updates.

Know the limits

  • Write controls, scope checks and tenant checks remain API responsibilities; SDK and MCP tools cannot bypass them.
  • Idempotency protects repeated requests within its contract, not absolute exactly-once delivery across every provider.
Can MCP create broader permissions?

No. MCP is an adapter over the SDK and Public API, not an independent authorization system.

Should agents receive social tokens?

No. Use scoped Creavily integration access. Provider secrets remain server-side.
