Email [email protected]. Use the email address associated with your Creavily account when possible so we can verify the request without asking for sensitive credentials.
Never send a password, OAuth access token, refresh token, API key, client secret, session cookie, or private signing key by email or in a screenshot.
What to include
- The workspace and brand involved, without sending confidential content that is unrelated to the issue.
- The connected platform and account name shown in Creavily.
- The approximate date and time of the problem, including your time zone.
- The visible error message or safe request ID, plus the step you expected to complete.
- A redacted screenshot when it helps. Remove tokens, secrets, personal messages, and unrelated account data first.
Pinterest connection help
For Pinterest issues, tell us whether the problem happened during Pinterest login, the Give access screen, the return to Creavily, board selection, Pin creation, or result display. This helps us check the correct part of the OAuth and API flow without asking for your Pinterest password.
You can disconnect the account from Creavily's Social Accounts page. You can also revoke Creavily in your Pinterest account settings.
Facebook and Instagram connection help
For Meta issues, tell us whether the problem involves OAuth, Page or linked Instagram selection, publishing, webhook or Inbox refresh, reply receipt, disconnect, or revoke. Disconnect in Creavily or remove it from Meta Business Integrations. Never send a Meta password or access token.
Privacy, deletion, and security
Use the subject line 'Creavily data deletion request' for deletion requests and 'Creavily security report' for suspected unauthorized access. We verify the requester before changing or deleting account data.
The privacy policy and data deletion page explain the scope of those requests and the limited records that may need to remain.
