Common team scenarioA brand manager selects six product assets, the scheduler avoids adjacent product repeats, and the publishing team can still adjust a slot before anything is published.

Workflow and current availability

Keep the product, destination and result connected

A publishing workflow needs more than a calendar. Operators must know which brand owns the media, which account will receive it, when it should run and what evidence confirms the outcome.

How to use it

  1. Select the workspace and brand; keep account ownership explicit when switching between clients.
  2. Use the media library and Publishing Setup to prepare a post with the right destinations.
  3. Preview, confirm and inspect destination-level results rather than treating a queued job as a published post.

Know the limits

  • A connection is configuration evidence, not a receipt from the social platform.
  • Analytics coverage depends on provider data and permissions. Empty results must not be represented as improvement.
Can a workspace contain multiple brands?

Yes. Brand context is selected within a workspace, and existing media and publishing records stay within their owning scope.

Can an agent skip permissions?

An integration can use the Public API, but it still crosses server-side permissions, validation and write controls. It does not acquire a second authority.
