Prepare your invited workspace and first publishing setup.
Confirm your workspace invitation, create its first brand as an owner or administrator, then prepare supported accounts and preview your first post.
Launch checklist
An invited workspace owner signs in, explicitly creates the first brand, prepares one approved destination, and reviews a preview before any separately confirmed live action.
Invite-only Google registration protects the early platform.
Join an invited workspace; its owner or administrator can create the first brand from Home.
Authorize social accounts before live publishing.
Start with a safe preview, then open live publishing.
The safest path is account, organization, brand, channels, agent key, preview, then a controlled live test.
Google account and workspace access.
Organization and brand selection stays explicit.
Social account connections before live publishing.
Preview first, then controlled scheduling.

Google registration keeps early access controlled while setting up the first workspace account.
One workspace lead can manage several brands without mixing assets or channels.
Social channels must be connected before any live publishing action can succeed.
Preview checks and controlled live tests should happen before live publishing is opened broadly.

A better onboarding page makes the next configuration step obvious.
Bring this publishing path into your Creavily workspace.
Use Google login for the human workspace, then connect channels and agent routines when the account is ready.
Prepare the first brand before your first post
Early access is invitation-based. An owner or administrator can create the first brand from Home in an already-authorized workspace. Members need their administrator to complete this step before publishing setup.
How to use it
- Confirm your workspace invitation. If it has no brands, ask its owner or administrator to create the first one from Home.
- Connect a supported social account with the required permissions, then save the brand's Publishing Setup.
- Select suitable media, prepare a post and run a preview. Real publishing requires a separate confirmed action and enabled workspace controls.
Know the limits
- Google sign-in does not automatically purchase a plan or create a first brand.
- Do not use another workspace's brand or credentials to bypass incomplete onboarding.
Why is the brand selector empty?
An owner or administrator can create the first brand in an already-authorized workspace. Members should contact their administrator; never share passwords or tokens.
What is the first safe milestone?
A correctly scoped Publishing Setup and a successful preview with the intended media and destination, not an unreviewed live post.
