Check each social channel before connecting and publishing.
Publishing only works when each channel account is connected, permitted, refreshed, and checked before the post goes live.
Every platform has its own rules, permissions, and approval path.
Creavily keeps platform requirements visible so teams know what is ready before a post leaves the Publishing Plan.
Prepare Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Threads destinations.
Track connection freshness, permissions, and readiness checks before publishing.
Respect platform-specific format, caption, board, page, and media requirements.

Social account connection starts in the dashboard so each account belongs to the right workspace.
Agents and connected tools never receive direct social account credentials.
Teams should know when an account needs attention before a post fails.
Boards, pages, captions, privacy states, media limits, and permissions stay platform-specific.
Channel readiness guide
A mature channel page shows what can publish now and what still needs account work.
Account connection path
A workspace teammate connects Facebook Page and Instagram Business accounts, reviews access, then checks readiness before enabling live publishing.
Bring this publishing path into your Creavily workspace.
Use Google login for the human workspace, then connect channels and agent routines when the account is ready.
Check destination availability, not just the logo
Code support, OAuth connection, app approval, accepted media and verified delivery are different checkpoints. Use the destination status in your workspace as the operational authority.
Destination types and verification boundaries
These input kinds come from Creavily's configured validation contracts, not a promise that every format is enabled for every account. Runtime readiness and the actual destination result remain authoritative.
| Destination | Configured input kinds | Evidence and remaining checks |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram Business | image, video | Controlled image-post acceptance is recorded. This does not verify every format or connection method. |
| Instagram Standalone | image, video | A separate connection method; do not inherit acceptance from a different Instagram account path. |
| Facebook Page | image, video | Controlled image-post acceptance is recorded. Other accounts and formats need verification. |
| Threads | image, video | Verify account access, permissions, media requirements and controlled delivery for this workspace. |
| YouTube | video | Resumable upload code is not a rollout receipt. Complete approved upload and recovery acceptance first. |
| image, video | Confirm production app access, the intended board and the workspace rollout before publishing. | |
| TikTok | image, video | Verify account access, permissions, media requirements and controlled delivery for this workspace. |
| X | image, video, gif | Verify account access, permissions, media requirements and controlled delivery for this workspace. |
All destinations require authorized account access, a compatible media preview and enabled workspace controls. Connected is not the same as Published.
How to use it
- Confirm the account type and current app-review and permission requirements.
- Connect the intended account and select it in the brand's Publishing Setup; another brand's account is not interchangeable.
- Preview the specific media and post type, then run only an approved test before broader publishing.
Know the limits
- Facebook and Instagram image publishing have controlled-account acceptance evidence; this does not establish every format or customer account.
- Pinterest production access and YouTube upload rollout require their own approval or acceptance windows.
- Other networks require their own connection, permission and format checks. A connected account can later require reconnection.
Why can a visible platform be unavailable?
An integration can exist while app approval, account permissions, workspace write controls or a media requirement remains incomplete.
Does Connected mean Published?
No. Connected describes account configuration. The destination's publish result is the delivery evidence.
